To RESERVE YOUR APARTMENT at Willow Creek Apartments, we require a $300.00 Reservation Fee ($150.00 becomes your Security Deposit & $150.00 becomes an Administrative Fee). Each resident age 18 & over must fill out an application and pay a $30.00 Application Fee per resident.  You have 3 business days to change your mind and have the $300.00 Reservation Fee returned to you. The application fees, however, are non-refundable. If you cancel after 3 business days, the $300.00 Reservation Fee is non-refundable.
